It appears Netflix has updated its app on the Microsoft Store and it's no longer a Windows application but a PWA (Progressive Web App). I have the old version installed, but when I updated it just now, it became a PWA. Uninstall it and try to install the old version using this link and see if it helps.

When I use the media play button on my keyboard to unpause Netflix, it will take up to a couple minutes before it will actually resume, despite the media display in the upper left of my screen saying it was unpaused. It isn't just the play/pause button on my keyboard that's giving me troubles, its playing and pausing in general.
Netflix 4K video playback requires the hardware acceleration function of edge to be turned on. Settings - System and Performance - Use Hardware Acceleration. Then enter edge://flags in the URL bar and open, Find PlayReady DRM for Windows 10 and select Enable. Restart edge to see if it works.
