Live Oak Livestock Auction is located on Highway 281 between George West and Three Rivers. We have a regular cattle sale every Monday of the year except some holidays. Holidays in question are Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.

Sale starts at 11:00 AM. We are 4 miles south of Three Rivers, TX on Hwy 281 or 6 miles north of George West on Hwy 281. We are located on the west side of Hwy 281. Our location is easily accessible from any point in South Texas.

Live Oak Livestock Auction, Inc. has two different locations of receiving pens in South Texas. Customers can take their consignments of cattle to these locations and Live Oak Livestock Auction, Inc. will transport them to our sale facility for a pro-rated freight charge.
Live Oak Livestock History. In 1966 a group of men saw the need for a new livestock auction in Live Oak County, and formed the Live Oak Livestock Commission Company, Inc. Shares in the new company were sold to many local and area ranchers.
All have either worked at or owned Live Oak Auction, Inc. for most of their lives. We understand livestock marketing, and work our hardest to receive top market value for the livestock sold.
