    When I go to the MSI store site, there is a chat box in the lower right corner. You might be able to get some help using that. I've tried that multiple times, waited forever but never got connected to anyone. I honestly think the entire customer service department is 1 person, and they are trying to do everything.

    Upgrading the BIOS incrementally until version 7D40vA7 is necessary to keep the onboard audio working. If I upgraded directly from 7D40vA0 to 7D40vA7, the onboard audio card would break again. - Downgrading to 7D40vA0 restores the onboard audio card. Incrementally upgrading to 7D40vA7 preserves the audio functionality.

    There customer service is terrible. I have the MSI Mag Coreliquid 360R and I purchased it right when these were first released back in November 2020 and there is a recall on these because the manufacturing screwed up and didnt clean them before filling them so they are clogging up and failing.

    Their RMA service not only failed to properly diagnose and fix the issue, but they replaced my functional motherboard with a problematic motherboard where I'm pretty sure they didn't replace the thermal paste at all (so it runs at 95C with only 20% usage and games that should get 80-100 FPS on high settings get 30).

    I took the side panel off my MSI Aegis 10th (desktop gaming PC) and there's a CHK by the serial number on the GTX graphics card, but of course it didn't take that one either.     I too am having this issue. I purchased the Trident 3 in mid April and it has been a little over a month and now it does not turn on. Everything else has power i.e. the keyboard and mouse, but the computer itself will not turn on. I gather this is an issue and these machines need to be recalled and replaced!
