Welcome to the Spectrum Community! After you have changed your password, and the app log has timed out with that previous one, it will force them to log back in. September 2. It actually does not want you to change your password. What you have to do is take the phone that you are using home, and login once from your home Spectrum network with that device! It will then work just fine for roughly 30 days. Then it will ask you once again to change your password and you will once again have to take it home ...
