Capital One Secured Card - Fraud Department. I applied and was accepted for this card and made my deposit about 10 days ago. Got a call this morning from 800-239-7054 and they said they were from the fraud department and wanted to get my bank on the phone and verify accounts. Has anyone else had this happen?
The phone number listed on the backdoor numbers thread does not work. Google "capital one executive office email" the first link should have the CEO's direct email. The phone number was shutdown because of abuse. All you have to do is email them and you should receive a call within a few days. 10-25-2017 06:17 PM.
