The LED light is very bright so it doesn't matter even more. If you have LED fog light, it also serves as cornering light. In Canada, Adaptive option is available for Cooper, Cooper S as well for extra CA$250. Aside from leveling when the car is started the headlamps don't move.
These auxiliary lights are tied to the brights ONLY (this includes flash-to-pass). Compared to the standard lights, You will see a lot more on the road surface (a nail, small gravels etc.). Almost too much info!
