Powertoys cannot be updated/installed. My powertools cannot be updated starting around version 0.77.2. Prior to this, I directly downloaded the exe on GitHub for updates. Later, I used Geek uninstall to completely delete the powertoys preview and registry, but the downloaded files still couldn't be installed and prompted "set up failed".
