16x and 8x packs gives you more FPS than 32x or 64x or 128x. The more pixels, the less FPS. And the opposite is right. So, in general, 16x packs gives you more FPS than 32x packs or higher. Also all YouTubers write in their titles that 16x packs are FPS boost. Everyone knows that 16x FPS packs gives you more FPS.

In order for this pack to work, you need to have Optifine installed. When installed, make sure custom items are set to ON in video settings > quality settings. Additionally, this resource pack is designed for Optifine 1.8.9. It probably won't work on later versions.
