Spread the word let people know that ticket center pops up on searches before Ticketmaster does to confuse people and take their money. Ask your bank for help, ticket center is impossible to reach by phone and their emails bounced back to me. Their Google maps address shows a UPS store in Connecticut.

I was able to dispute it directly with events ticket center and they issued me a refund. They will get you with their terms and conditions, in that they do state the expected delivery date and possibility of delayed delivery. This makes it tough, at least until that date, to say that you haven’t received your tickets.
Hi everyone! I just bought tickets for a concert in my city taking place this August. I was looking at tickets through what I thought was Ticket Master but somehow ended up being “Event Tickets Center”. After completing my purchase, I received an email from them stating that I will receive my tickets in August.
Read some reviews about it being a scam and got super paranoid. But this morning I received an email the ticket had been delivered. And then a second email from ticket master with the ticket. I was worried about clicking the link but I did and was lead directly to the ticket master log in page. I already had an acount so I did and the ticket ...
Ticket Center wouldn’t refund me either. The woman on the phone just kept reading the same thing over and over about their policies. Awful what they do to consumers who have legitimate reasons why they cannot attend the venue after all.
I was duped into buying two $60 tickets for $400. After viewing tickets on the correct site, I left the page then returned to purchase and somehow clicked on their website instead which mimicked the original and with a very short countdown timer (part of the scam noted by many of the complaints on multiple review sites).
After I bought my tickets through Ticket-Center, I got a confirmation email from Ticketmaster, and my Ticketmaster account does show that I ordered tickets, but it says they'll "be ready prior to the event, anytime after 6:30pm on Sat, March 23" which is a few days before the show I ordered for.
Hello all. I bought tickets to the Chris Stapleton concert off tickets-center back in September and am not only questioning the legitimacy of the site, but if I’ll even get my tickets. They “guarantee” electronic ticket delivery 1-2 days before your event or at the latest, the day of your event.
