Tomorrow morning, I'd rather eat a good bowl of either oats or CoW before school, instead of a Chick-fl-a biscett... My other choices for good morning carbs are: 100% whole wheat (nature valley) bread "8 grain". 100% whole wheat doubble fiber "16 grain" bread (nature valley) then the before mentioned oats or CoW. Yes it is perfectly fine when cutting in moderation. Here is a few tips for picking out decent whole wheat bread. The bread has at least 3 grams of fiber. Make sure the first ingredient is whole wheat. 12 grain isn't whole wheat. It has low sugar. There is a short ingredient list. There is no high fructose corn syrup.
