I can’t access BOL in navy quick links at home. I can’t seem to acces some quick links in my Chromebook at home. I’m using hotspot. Some sites say invalid certificate others say this site can’t provide a secure connection anyone able to help. Probably gotta do this. I had to.

Once BOL reloads you should see an Internet Explorer icon in the Address Bar as well as a warning from the browser that you’re in Internet Explorer mode. Most pages work better in Microsoft Edge. Click CAC Login and follow normal authentication procedures. On the BOL Application Menu select Navy Personnel Command Document Services
We would like you to reset edge and then check. Reset Edge. Open Microsoft Edge. Click on the three dots (…) from the right top corner. Select Settings from the drop down and click on Reset settings from the left pane. Select Restore settings to their default values. Relaunch Edge and check.

OK BUPERS updated their website: "BUPERS Online (BOL) is experiencing connection issues from non-NMCI computers. No current ETA for resolution. No current ETA for resolution. Hope all you CFLs got your PFA 19-2 results entered into PRIMS before you left drill weekend!
60 days prior to separation: Get an e-mail (only in my .mil inbox) that my DD-214 is ready for review on BOL/NPC Document Services. Begin a nightmare with Adobe 8 errors on BOL. I was able to download and view the unsigned DD-214, but not sign it on BOL. After much Googling, figured out these steps to the solution:
Accessing Bupers. Trying to access Bupers to verify OMPF. Upon clicking login, the tab closes itself. Ctrl Shift T reveals that the login redirected directly to logout. This is occurring with Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Opera. I am completely incapable of getting IE on this computer thanks to Microsoft. My NC1 had the same problem.
