Carl bot was a really good bot a few years ago and I recommended it over MEE6. In the servers I'm in we mainly use Robotop bot and bots made by developers within the servers (including me), but Robotop bot is shutting down soon.

Im making a new server and im trying to make some reaction roles but carl bot wont post them, i've tried changing the roles, moving carl bot above the role im trying to give, etc, but its not working, is there something im doing wrong?
Trying to figure out what permissions Carl absolutely NEEDS. I've heard that you shouldn't give a bot administrator permissions, but what about "Manage Server" - does Carl need that function for anything, and if so, what does Carl use it for?
