    I know I wasn't going to squeeze inbetween all those people and try, so what did I do, I went home to Monroe County, went to the local pub, started talking with people, and got permission to fish Gruber Lake, a private jewel here in Monroe County. This technique alone has garnered me access to 5 lakes here in monroe alone.

    I'm new to this forum and wanted to introduce myself. I grew up icefishing in northern Illinois, Lake County. I mainly fished the Fox Chain and other smaller local lakes and backwaters. Since moving to central Indiana I haven't been ice fishing here more that a couple times and that was on a small pond.
