there are a couple of Android tv x86 iso's , no Google tv based ones sadly but I do have a few Android 8 and 9 iso's. for x86 you can install cloudready, which is chrome OS. Install Android Studio from Google which can set up an emulated installation of Android TV. This - Android TV is not open source like regular Android. There is at this moment unfortunately no Android TV (x86) which is usable. You can at least boot the iso from geektillithertz.com whitin VMware.
