    I installed Spanish-Mexican. But that shouldn't make any difference. So the problem persists. I have discovered further that anywhere there is text in Window 10 it is now in Spanish: New software for iTunes (instructions in Spanish), photo manipulation in Picasa (Spanish), dates in Quicken (Spanish format), etc. My Spanish is not that good.
