Usually you can close down the browser popup without issue though sometimes you need to close it using Task Manager (Ctl, Alt, Del) and then “End Task.”. Occasionally, you may need to do a hard shutdown using the Power button. When you restart the computer do not restore your browser if asked to do so.

I have the same warnning from windows defender security center with a help support #1-833-492-2358. I called the number and asked me to provide, the computer brand, my full name, my zipcode and date of birth, at this point, I undrestood that it iwas a scammer and wanted my personal information and provided him with fake information.
