I have a 2017 Kia Sorento that is the AWD with the 3.3L V6 GDI engine. I recently had an engine failure that it appears many others with 2016 Sorentos are also experiencing. it seems the problem is coming up then the cars get to a certain milage with most failing between 100k and 150k miles. Mine was at 142,000 miles

I believe the TSB is #TRA070 in their system... at least for the ‘17 Sorento LX V6 AWD. Had it done yesterday and have noticed a WORLD of difference simply driving around town.

The BCM connectors have been problematic in the past. Since the sensor is designed to stop the motor when the gas tank is on fire, it would make sense to have it immobilize the fuel flow or the spark signal, or both. This is also SOSDD for any safe and modern vehicle for the 21st century.
Hi all. 2011 Kia Sorento Base 6 speed. Woke up this morning to an inoperable Sorento. Turning the key results in nothing. Starter doesn’t click, nothing. Accessory power worked, but regardless I tested the battery and it was fine. Swapped with a different battery and still no crank. So, I check the fuses and relays.
Hey Sorento folks - My radio on my 2022 SX-P stopped working the other day. I tried: resetting the system using the menu. hitting the rest button near the volume knob. Pulling the negative battery cable off for 10 min. Turned off Radio station sync in the Kia App. Nothing seemed to work.
