go to the folder you have xenia or dolphin in, right click the empty space in the folder > new > text document. Then name that document "portable" and hit enter (it will show as "portable.txt" if you have view extensions on). Now when you boot up xenia or dolphin it will create and use the config files inside that folder. Works with GZDoom aswell.

Use xenia canary. Edit the xenia-canary.config.toml (with notepad + for example) and change the setting "d3d12_readback_resolve" to "true". Download the patches folder here and read the instructions on where to place the folder and how to enable patches.
