captain_carrot. Did HRC move their website to only allow NIPR access now?? I used to have no problem logging into the HRC website (evaluations.hrc.army.mil) from my personal computer using my own CAC reader. The last few days I haven't been able to login unless I'm using a gov't computer connected to a NIPR network.

Terminal Leave DA31 (11 months from ETS). In order to finalize separation orders, you have to submit a terminal leave DA31 (for officers, this is submitted to the RSO). The goal is to have it signed before HRC approves your UQR/REFRAD to move onto the next step. You can also provide this DA31 in your packet in step 4.

    www.reddit.com/r/army/comments/rd9fza/can_not_access_army_websites_at_home

Can not access Army websites at home. No matter what browser I use I get a Access Denied just trying to access the site. I don't even make it into the log in screen for sites like JKO, Email, Army Career Tracker, Everything. I continue to get this message.

  5. Why does the HRC Vacancy Map not work : r/armyreserve - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/armyreserve/comments/17nux77/why_does_the_hrc_vacancy_map_not...

The HRC Vacancy map is being deprecated and will eventually be hosted on IPPSA. Only “unofficial accurate” place is MilSuite. Officially accurate is with an ARCC and their database. Army Career Tracker website has a duty position search, though it doesn't show vacancies.

  6. What goes on at HRC : r/army - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/army/comments/su26uu/what_goes_on_at_hrc

Lack of predictability is always cited as one of the biggest stressors on service members and their families, but nothing seems to be done to meet published dates. So anyone that works at HRC can you provide some insight. Is it high stress when you have RFOs being held up for months and board results being hung up on approval, or are published ...

Voluntary Transfer Incentive Program (VTIP) is OPEN. VTIP is open until 2 December 2020 for all officers who want to escape their current branches. See MILPER message 20-368 for more information. I recommend Acquisitions and there is an entire world of great branches the Army doesn't tell you about until you are a KD complete Captain. Good luck!

  8. HRC, MEB, and retirement promotion… : r/army - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/army/comments/160er0w/hrc_meb_and_retirement_promotion

During the MEB I was promotable and according to AR 600-8-19 my retirement rank should be the rank I was approved for. HRC disagrees and is denying the higher rank. This rank does NOT change retirement pay, benefits, or cost the DoD/Army anything. It is a promotion in title only and should happen on the last day of active service.

  9. How do HRC hotlines work? : r/army - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/army/comments/199gn2a/how_do_hrc_hotlines_work

A hotline is just an internal messaging system ran through the RETAIN system. Think of it as an email. Edit to answer your other questions: It can take up to 30 days to hear back from HRC. You can opt to be a “pain in the ass” but it’s for nothing. It’s not like she controls anything, she just processes contracts.

  10. promotion point pull : r/army - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/army/comments/tietvl/promotion_point_pull

It’s one of the paragraphs on the cutoff score memorandum. You could also find it on HRC. For clarity: Records will have to be updated by the 26th of each month for promotion consideration on the first day of the second month. Promotion by-name and cut off scores will be posted on/around the 15th of each month.

  11. HRC Portal Website Down hard? : r/army - Reddit

    www.reddit.com/r/army/comments/s7et0l/hrc_portal_website_down_hard

That’s the right url for the portal. In fact if you take out apps but keeps portal it will redirect back to the original URL. Correction take out apps & portal. That takes you to the main pages. The original link takes you to a place where you can authenticate and see more of your data. It's still down for me.
