But now that you mention it, I'm surprised that MS doesn't have the same setting. Especially in light of all of the "equal accesss" for the disabled laws the US has.
I was refering to Menu Bar in M/S Word (including File, Home, Insert etc) typcally across top of document . I had created a Word document by cutting/pasting from an online document (after downloading it), but Menu Bar had disappeared. As mentioned in my follow-up, I was able to restore Bar by rebooting.
