Same problem by JBL Quantum 400 Headset, Quantum Engine doesnt work but it works below windows sound devices just fine. My second PC got no trouble at all, both got fresh Windows 11. For anyone looking at this after getting the black friday deal, uninstall the program Parsec. It interferes with Quantum Engine.

Bass on max. , mids stay in middle, treble lowered one notch, if you are using apple music, you can set in the setup from apple music the EQ on Loudness (if youre hearing quitly), or HipHop (if youre hearing bit louder) + jbl EQ, sounds in my opinion more powerful for Rap/Charts.
