Those achievements are to Level up your buildings to level 10 with sugar lumps. If I recall correctly, that requires about 55 sugar lumps for each building. The hardest would just be a total cookies baked achievement. The hardest one is Liquid assets because the stock market in cookie clicker is a boring dumb stinky dumb stupid dumb thing that I don't like because it's dumb and I don't wanna use it.
