An Android media player like Sumvision Cyclone X2 running XBMC with iPlayer, ITVplayer & 4OD add-ons. I dont know about the others but iPlayer lets you watch live TV. Another TV option is AndroiDTV USB Freeview tuner from PCTV. Hopefully the supplied "Aerial" can be unplugged so a real aerial can be connected!
The only Bluray players with 4oD I know of are the Samsung BD-F6500/F7500 models. BD-F6500 is currently £94 at Amazon. BBC iPlayer, ITV Player, 4oD, Demand5, Lovefilm, Netflix and tons of other stuff. I can't see Sky player in the Samsung Apps list though.
