If the order initially fails for the client it will fail when placed by a Sephora rep as well. Yes, me too, I have 2 cards with them, superpissed because my rewards vanished from here yesterday, cs on here told me to try to get in touch with comenity, you can't get in touch with a real person when you call and can't sign into the website, i better get my rewards restored, or im cancelling that card, so stupid how they don't let customers know anything and no one on here is helpful in ...
