    I went to the page specifically for WOSA FM(if that is a poor example of the ones on this page owned by tOSU, please let me know). Of the external link specifically about WOSA specifically on *that* page, Nielsen doesn't have any information, radio-locator says "Ohio State University" and the fcc.gov site does say "The Ohio State University".
