There were many cheats that broken games in some parts while working in others, but my favourite example is Patapon(3rd one I believe) cheats which are soo awfully made that they were corrupting savedata of player that used them and players that connected with him through multiplayer making them unable to ever level up again if I recall.

RE: Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions ULUS10297. I found these codes in Gamefaqs (Made by DrummerIX), apparently they are ported from the EUR version. JP Multiplier works fine but the EXP multiplier just set the exp given to you by 100 no matter the amount multiplied.
C0 indicates that this code is disabled, it modifies a 4 bytes memory zone (it begins with 0x20) starting at address 003F7C64 in PSP user memory and it constantly writes 16777215 (0x00FFFFFF) in that memory zone. The cheat codes need to be written in a file located in ppsspp\memstick\PSP\Cheats which is named by the Game ID.
