    My "PC and Devices -> Bluetooth" page listed the device by its product name, says "Paired" and shows an icon of a headset. The latest device drivers are installed. The device is not listed as an audio device. Under "Control Panel -> Sound -> Manage Audio Devices -> Playback", 4 devices are listed but none of them are the bluetooth speaker.
