My "PC and Devices -> Bluetooth" page listed the device by its product name, says "Paired" and shows an icon of a headset. The latest device drivers are installed. The device is not listed as an audio device. Under "Control Panel -> Sound -> Manage Audio Devices -> Playback", 4 devices are listed but none of them are the bluetooth speaker.

And unfortunately your audio device may be broken. This happens something with electronic devices. Please check laptop in authorised service center.
