Hello again, that's really weird, I can't tell you about Twitch, but at Epic once synced an account they no longer allow you to switch accounts. If you have access to your Epic account, sign in and try to add manually, another way is to sign in to an Xbox to sign in to Fortnite so that the account syncs with Epic.
I understand you need help on your log in with Epic. Try using a different browser to check if you can log in to it without issues. Or if not, try browsing using inprivate browsing or incognito. once an xbox account is linked with an epic games account it is locked to it, you can un associate it but you would only be able to link that same live account to the same epic account, they changed it al early this year to stop switching. You would need to contact epic to resolve this.
