  5. Answer. From wherever you are, you can use your cell phone, tablet, laptop, or other internet connected device to send a document to a library print station. Your document will be held in the print queue at the branch you chose until the end of business day.

  6. Your default PIN or password is the last four digits of the phone number that is on file with the Library. To change your PIN, click here to log into your account. Once you are logged in, click on your name in the left-side column, then click on "Change Logon" to change your pin.

  7. Although St. Charles County will not be in the complete totality zone, we will reach about 90% totality. The Library will have eclipse glasses on hand at all eleven branches and the Bookmobile to give out to our patrons, while supplies last, beginning Friday, March 1, 2024.

  8. In an effort to balance cost with demand, the Library has established ratios for holds to number of copies owned. Ratios vary by format and are closely monitored on a weekly basis. Please rest assured that we are working hard to get your item to you quickly!

  9. To request a library card online, please visit myLibrary Catalog (or any branch) to fill out a library card application. Your online registration will be forwarded to the library. You can pick up your library card at the branch (inside or curbside) you specify in the form.

  10. From here, you can renew items, find out what you have checked out and if you owe any late fines, modify your pick up branch and check or cancel any holds using the options on the left side of the page. There is a limit of six renewals per item.
