    Report abuse. It sounds like the powerpoint is outside of the screen, so you want to be able to move it back to your main screen. Fix: when the app is in windowed state (not maximized, not on the taskbar) [and when you can't view it because it is off the screen,] press Alt+Spacebar then M. Now you can move the window around with the arrow.

    I am using office 365, PowerPoint 2016 on a Windows 10 Desktop. I have a blank slide on which I've placed multiple pictures. I followed the directions on the Microsoft web page and used the "control click" option to select all the pictures and then insert them in the slide.
