Although the NCP has a multitude of options to tweak how your card runs, use the settings in your game first to optimize you game play. I don't touch the NCP except for GSYNC settings (turns to Windowed mode only after a driver update). Other than that, leave it alone.

You can adjust color settings, resolution, and other settings in Intel's Graphics Control Panel if your laptop has an Intel CPU. If it has an AMD processor you should be able to find the AMD's graphics control panel and change different display settings also.

Problem is not in launching games with dedicated GPU (3050Ti) but simply in me not being able to adjust certain settings in NVIDIA Control Panel (eg. Digital Vibrance). Any help is greatly appreciated as I wasted too many hours trying to fix this. Answered. Reply.
Simply right click your desktop and select the NVIDIA Control Panel top open the window. Please note that some games and applications will override calibrations and Control Panel tweaks. To workaround this problem, you can try CPKeeper and Color Sustainer .
"Display" settings are purposefully omitted in conjunction with Optimus/Hybrid enabled mobile hardware where the laptop's/tablet's/AIO's display is NOT connected to the NV-GPU. Any/all display/output settings are handled by the APU (CPU) in these situations.
