Contact them through their social media channels. It's a very small (under 10) sized team and are very much not outsourced. While by no means perfect, they have a higher caliber of service since they handle escalated corporate issues too. Chat and phone are nearly entirely outsourced now.
Hi all, I recently placed an online order and when the package arrived it was the completely wrong order. I had not ordered any of the items I received and I did not receive any of the items I ordered.
Old navy is weird and will make you jump through hoops if you get the wrong item, but I've never heard of a claims form for a missing item. Of course if customer service is too much of a pain you could always just fill out the form and see what happens or use the chat.
