Having familiarized myself with Dolphin's texture dumping process, I thought i'd take a crack at one of my favorites for the Wii, Punch-Out!! For the most part the game already looks fantastic in 1080p and true to the NES and SNES classics, it plays like a total dream and is a fun challenge for players who like boxing games.
I am running the game no problem maxed out except no SSAA. I also have progressive scan enabled and PAL60 disabled (wiki above says that's a no-no) and the game is running perfectly on my system. However, I cannot figure out how to change my controls when using mouse and keyboard. In the menus my mouse works fine, left click for A.
Options > Configure > Wii > Misc Settings > Use EuRGB60 Mode (PAL60) Or disabled. That did it. EuRGB60 is enabled by default on Dolphin 4.0.2, but it apparently must be disabled in order for Punch-Out to run. It's on the wiki now.

Control scheme wise: please refer to the manual that came with the game to know how to control the game and/or try it on the real wii to see what it does/how it works. Check my profile for up to date specs.
Joined: Aug 2023. My controller configuration is shown in attached images. On Dolphin 5.0-19870 on Windows 10 x64, I'm running Wii Punch Out using my Logitech f310 gamepad controller. Dolphin detects the buttons for assignment in the Controller configuration. However, the only thing that works on the controller during the game is the "A" button.

I'm suffering from a black screen when launching Punch-out. I'm confident I have a good backup/iso because I did it myself 5 times now and it passes the Dolphin integrity check. I've also disabled and enabled the PAL 60 settings in the config which doesn't change anything.
