Pray for an actual Roblox Support employee to respond to you. This time, try Account Hacked or Can’t Log In > Forgot Password , instead of 2-Step verification . I guess the bots in 2-Step Verification aren’t responsible for what we’re trying to do.

Anytime I use the support form, it gives me this error, which has been constantly happening to me off and on since mid-last year, and it’s incredibly infuriating. image 714×489 47.6 KB On the other hand I was told to use the Appeals@Roblox email to get a message, however I merely got a reply that they do not check the email anymore.
Users who can’t access the Support Form page may not realize they can appeal via email, or might not know the email address to use. The Support Form page should be exempt from this redirect, or the link should point to an equivalent page somewhere the redirect does not apply. I’m not terminated, don’t worry.
