What is going on with the new HSN credit card?? I’ve been trying for 2 days to pay my bill. When I try to sign in to my new Synchrony account nothing comes up, just a blank page. Chat doesn’t work, Customer Service is closed and if you pay by phone they charge a fee! What a mess. I’ll just cancel this card if this is what I’ll have to go through!

Register your new account using your old Hsn account card number if you don’t know this you will most likely have to call and pay by phone with an account representative at Synchrony the new number is 844-889-9676. Once you set up your account online add a new checking account to make a payment. sort replies - newest | oldest.
I always pay my bills on time and I’m tired of registering 4 times and still can’t pay my bill. I guess I’ll have to call on the phone every time my hsn bill is due and I can pay all my other bills at once on my bank account.
Just one of the reasons I did away with HSN credit card. Who needs it. Plus I get cash back on my purchases with other cards. What does HSN and this bank do for you?
So do we use our existing HSN account number to register at Synchrony, because they say we are getting a new card and account number sometime in September, but what about payment due before then, can we pay online aftering registering 0n 8/26 and use our existing HSN account number?
