Hello as stated it depends what the code was for. Is it for a game? Is it for an add on? Was it redeemed on a different gamertag on you Xbox account? If so then if you select that console as home console you should be able to share game if it was a game...and add on depending if it can be shared. Some add ons can be shared through accounts but ...
