@RokuArjiemar My TCL Roku TV is working fine, it's the Roku OS that's not working properly, so there's little TCL could do to remedy my current issues. Almost nothing will play, my OTA channels only play audio, with a black screen, Netflix shows it's menus, but won't play anything, and this all began after my Roku OS was updated to 14.
Also, kindly try to turn on your TV again, and when you hear the sound on the Home screen, use a flashlight and directly point it at your TV screen to know if you can still see anything. If not, or if it has a faint picture, it may be possible to be a hardware issue. You can refer to this link to directly contact Support for your Roku TV.
