Hi, i recently got the student license for autodesk products, but havent been able to make use of it. I uploaded all the documentation a few days ago, and it was accepted. I recieved the confirmation email and i have been able to log in and download all the software that i need. However, i cant seem to be able to activate it.

With the new licensing system in place, where do I renew my educational license? The guide here mentions a personalised banner, but I don't see any button with "Renew license" on the page (I am eligible and have access till august 2021 for this academic year).
One of my students can not get his student version of AutoCad 2021 to load. He had first downloaded and installed the trial version using his personal email account.
