Though it misses some programs (like windows apps/apps installed in alternate folders) Revo really does look outdated, you're right. Its functionality is way, way ahead of IObit, though. Revo has a massive, constantly-updated database of software, so it's able to remove every last shred of even very nonstandard, very difficult packages.

I tried ashamppo, iobit & compare it to revo & revo found most left trash on my system. using it from more then 1 & half year & never faced any problems or any false positive of deleting registry keys/file & folders.I use it to clean AV, so no need to use AV uninstaller, less hassle.
It is all a matter of user preferences, Revo Uninstaller used to be the best, but for the last few years development on the free version has basically stopped, they have only added improvements to the paid version. Which makes IObit, Wise Program Uninstaller and Geek Uninstaller better options for free users.
