Bro even without using windows update, you can upldate your drivers using device manager. Just right click the start menu , now open deice manager, then update which all drivers you want to. I downloaded them from OEM site. Extracted with 7zip and install via device manager.

For Display issues one fix that is working is to Roll back or Uninstall the Driver on the Display Device > Driver tab, restart PC to reinstall driver.
