I am also trying to log into my CRA account and getting the same ERR code 210. I tried the number as well but when it tells me to hit option 1 to accept it does not do anything.
You’d have to call to get them anywhere. To get this straight: you owed money from 2020, and had a refund from 2021. You paid the full amount owing from 2020, and your account shows a credit for the 2021 refund. Would've been simpler to pay the difference between the amount owed and the refund, but that's behind you now.

When you contact CRA to unlock the account, do they give you login access right away, or do you have to still answer the security question before logging in? Is there a way to change the security question over the phone?
