0. 19,210. May 14, 2013. #2. How are you burning what? DVD players really only support mpeg2. Many newer ones support other things like Divx or Xvid. But if you are just taking something like a wmv or Mkv and burning it to disk it isn't likely to work. Unless you transcode it first.
I just received my Lenovo 50-70 from Lenovo Corp and ordered a new Lenovo USB portable DVD / CD burner (model GP60NB50) drive from eBay. It plays a CD with no issues and stays connected. Whether or not it's audible is debatable, but CDs are definitely recorded at higher than just 320kbps (which is why 700MB only holds around 60-90 minutes on a CD).
