Connect beats flex to windows pc. Has anyone else had this problem. I follow all the connection protocols in the instructions and apple and beat website andy computer which is only 2 yrs old with the latest software will not recognise the ear phones. Because we tried using the earphones we cannot return them.

My beats are currently running firmware 2C48 and the Android beats up keeps notifying me of a firmware update to 3A283 (Which i think is the latest Airpod FW).
