I am able to access my Army Enterprise Email through the OWA website. I can read and delete emails, but I cannot send, forward, or reply to any emails no matter what I do.
Since I reentered active duty after a 2 year break in service I have been able to access AKO and most other systems, but I haven't been able to access my Enterprise email. I've tried a couple of different email address that are listed as helpdesk POCs, but I haven't received a response from either.
