Six Flags recommends masks when indoors but hardly anyone other than my family were wearing them. Our only real complaint is the price of food. We ordered 4 slices of pizza (each came with 2 garlic knots) and 4 drinks and we paid $88!
Our family loves this six flags and have season passes. they add new rides all the time and the water park in the summer is a great bonus! My kids favorite is the Mr. Freeze which now goes in reverse!

If you want an amusment park type experience (Over priced food, lines, heat, young, unhappy, inexperienced ride operators, etc) but not even as good a quality as Silver Dollar City (ehh), then Six Flags St. Louis will fit the bill.
