I'm trying to download Quartus II 20.1.1 Lite for Windows so that I can work on a Cyclone 10 LP. When I click the download button on the Intel Download Center there is no response from the web page and nothing is downloaded. I have tried on Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, and Chrome all of them have the same issue.
