Have a new Samsung, originally bought $400 Bose headphones. Returned them for Sony thinking the headphones were the problem. Not! The TV is very tempermental to say the least. I'm not going to stress out on this message, but will say, just when you think you have it figured out, you don't. It's Samsung Bluetooth. Sucks!

I'm looking for a multifunctional wireless headset. The bare minimum I want is a gaming wireless headset with a microphone that can also connect to my Samsung smart TV. I don't want to go down the Bluetooth route as I have already a set of Sony Bluetooth headphones and disappointed with how complex it can be to connect to different devices.

None of the streaming media apps (netflix and amazon) are streaming media. they are loading and populating menus with fresh and updated content but nothing will actually play. i've power cycled everything but my toothbrush. both apps work fine on ps4 ...

My dilemma is that my husband needs his own set of headphones to be able to hear the tv without the neighbors hearing it. The sound bar is plugged into the audio optical jack and there seems to be no way to plug in the audio transmitter to the back of this tv.
