Teams Request control in Web client. Dear Community, I was trying to get remote control of another member of my organization using my Teams Web client however there I didn't find an option to do so. Microsoft has released support for background effects for Teams browser clients. It seems like only Microsoft-curated background images (including blur) works and that you can’t use organization images or custom uploaded images. This might just be a timing issue and Microsoft will enable this functionality in the future.
It was hard but I got it there. Go to settings of safari in your phone and unselect lock cookies and avoid following between sites. Then go to safari and select desktop version in AA (maybe you need select this directly in settings of the website also in Aa menu to be sure it doesn't change to mobile version again while is loading teams.).

Please, try to create a Teams Update Policy (settings: "Use new Teams client" : Classic Teams as default. "Show Teams preview features": Off ) in Teams Admin Center and then assign this policy to your account. That should let you toggle between Classic Teams and New Teams depending on your needs. Hello, Lat Thursday I have noticed that ALL background effects are missing form the Web version of Teams. That means no background blur or setting up some custom backgrounds. I have also heard that people who were running a custom background when the update went live now can't turn them off, because the whole feature is missing.
it is 2022 and this Problem is still there, that the browser application is not able ( sometimes) to show the chatbox to the user. User : is a person who was invited (e.g. for an interview) to an meeting inside our tenant. Screenshare and camera are working, but not chatbox visible for the user!
