letmeinredditaaaaa • 3 yr. ago. Simple - Roblox customer support is automated. It detects a topic (for example: age) and then it sends you their template with a random name (kevin, bob etc). The only way you could potentially fix this is by talking to a real roblox employee or roblox "executive support" through discord or face-to-face.

Is Roblox Customer Service Run by Bots? My initial report on an issue I’m having contained the information needed and specifically said that i was aware Roblox takes 30% of the income from selling an item yet the ”human response” said AND I QUOTE. “When users sell something, Roblox will retain a percentage of the sale as a market place fee.
What customer service number did they provide you with, though? Just asking because it may not have been provided by Roblox in reality, like, it could be phising or something, because Roblox has never said this in open public, or at least it's not shown as much as it should be, "Call us here: [phone number]"
