The Grand Highlander came across my radar and I'm looking for pros and cons. I got an xle hybrid a couple months ago. So far loving it, Pros: getting great mileage and i dont find it lacking guts (compared to what i expected). I am 6’7” and have good legroom and plenty of headroom in the driver or passenger seat.
4Runner pros: off road capability. 4Runner cons: it actually does not drive that well because the engine is sluggish when accelerating. It has very poor fuel efficiency. Hybrid Pros: Better mpg. Hybrid Cons: Less headroom/cargo space (from batteries in floor), less tow capacity, questionable cost/benefit, less sophisticated AWD system, extra 400# to lug around and feels a little less impressive from a handling/braking standpoint. Reply.
